Christianity Explored & Book of Matthew Study

We’ve planned two special opportunities for those who are new to Christianity and the Bible to meet with God this January: a course called “Christianity Explored” and a Bible study on the Gospel of Matthew:

Christianity Explored | Sundays, Jan. 8 – Feb. 19 | 11:30 a.m.

“Christianity Explored” is a place for you to consider what life is all about. It’s a seven-week course about the life story of one person, Jesus Christ. You can discover who he is, what he did, and what this has to do with your life story.

A typical session starts with food, at no cost to you, and a short talk, usually by one of the pastors from Covenant Life. Then, there’s a chance to ask questions about what you just heard. You’ll meet great people. You won’t be asked to sing or pray or read out loud, and you don’t need to know anything about the Bible to enjoy the course.

We hope you’ll come and explore. Just contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) at the church office with questions or to register.

Bible Study | Wednesdays, Jan. 11 – Feb. 15 | 7:30 p.m.

Many of us have questions about Christianity but have not read the Bible to find answers. If that describes you, we think you’ll enjoy this study of the Book of Matthew. It will help you begin reading the Bible and understanding its central message for yourself. It’s also a great place to ask questions.

The study will be held at Covenant Life Church, with light refreshments served. We hope you’ll grow to enjoy the Bible more and make new friends in the process!

To register, or simply get more information, contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) at the church office. There is no charge for registering; it simply helps us to plan.

“Christianity Explored” is another great opportunity to indroduce people to Jesus similar to Introducing God. It’s on Sunday morning so more folks should be able to attend. Lets all pray for opportunities to invite people to this. With all thats going on in our church, lets not forget what our church is here for, to represent Jesus to the lost world around us by preaching the gospel and making disciples.
