Dave Brewer gave me this description of what’s happening tomorrow night at the 10:31 youth ministry meeting (7:30 p.m. in the Events Center):
10:31 meetings always present a great opportunity for parents and teens to gather to worship God and be taught from his Word.
Tomorrow night will be a bit different though. We have the privilege of hosting Dean and Denise Adamek and their three sons for this meeting. Dean Adamek is the director of Rancho 3M Christian orphanage in Guadalupe, Mexico, where the 10:31 youth ministry visits and serves every summer. We have worked with Dean and Rancho 3M for many years now, but this is the first time that Dean has visited our 10:31 meeting.
We will spend the evening in a question and answer session with Dean and Denise, hearing how the Lord saved them and how he called and led them to serve at an orphanage in Mexico. All are welcome to come and hear what God is doing through this family. Hope to see you there.
