Josh,
Thank you for the message this morning. It was exactly what I needed to hear. This is not the first time that your sermon has reached me exactly where I was at and brought me to exactly where I needed to be. And I know it won’t be the last time. It amazing me that even in a church this big that, you have a very special understanding of what your congregation needs to hear. That is a very special gift from God.

Dear Josh,
By Ellen Hoffman on 11/09/2008Amen! I just wanted to thank you for working so hard in the first service to get our attention (my attention) back to the source of our life. You mentioned something about how we can read the Bible in a rushed manner, that’s exactly what I needed to hear and what I’ve been doing and wondering why I haven’t had the “sprititual strength” that I needed. God was so kind to me because He took the pin point convictions of your words and allowed me to come home and spend 2 hours reading Ephesians 1 and 2. It was transforming and such a gift! Thank you for your faithful labors; God is using you! God bless you!
Josh,
By Laura Stefany on 11/12/2008This is a bit over due but I too was really blessed by your message Sunday. In the end, You spoke God’s truth about our sin and yet God’s HUGE love for us. Having grown up in a family that emphasized sin and was not much on speaking about God’s love, this was a wonderful blessing from God for me, healing more in my relationship with Him. Your whole demeanor of Christian joy and grace, while taking sin seriously, is definitely one of the things that drew my husband and me to Covenant Life last year. Thank you for being ‘spot on’ with Biblical truths and the wonderful Gospel!
Thanking God for using you so mightily,
Laura Stefany
