Tea and Talk

What exactly is “Tea and Talk”? It’s a pretty simple idea:

Purpose: To provide an opportunity for ladies who are members of Covenant Life Church to meet someone who is a season or two ahead of them in life. Tea and Talk is not a long-term mentoring program, but is more of a casual, one-time get-together.

How Does It Work? Ladies from Covenant Life Church have agreed to “hostess” a two-hour meeting to have a cup of tea (or other beverage of choice) ... and simply “talk” with one to three Covenant Life Church ladies. Ladies who wish to participate in these “teas” are able to sign up for the hostess and time slot that works best for them.

When: This seasonal opportunity runs for a two-month period of time and is facilitated by the Women’s Ministry once a year. The next Tea and Talk is scheduled for mid-June through mid-August 2011.
