BACKYARD BBQ!

The Singles Ministry is hosting a Backyard BBQ on Tuesday, June 19, at 6:30 p.m., on the church back lawn. It’s a laid back evening, but also an opportunity to build relationships, and to reach out and care for unbelievers in your lives. Invite friends, family, or anyone you’ve been ministering to. Invitations are available at the church Welcome Center. Feel free to grab a few and distribute.
It’s good to know what’s provided at the BBQ, and what you may want to bring, and details are below. Hope to see you there!

Provided at the BBQ:
Food: burgers, hot dogs, buns
Drinks: lemonade, water
Condiments: ketchup, mustard
Paper Products: cups, plates, utensils, napkins
Grills & grillers: Singles Ministry Pastors
Tables: one for each care group, and some indoors with seating
Games: volleyball, soccer
Cleanup: clorox wipes (for your table)

Stuff you may want to bring:
Food: sides, toppings, snacks – enough to share with friends. Feel free to bring your own protein to grill.
Seating: chairs, blankets
Games: cards, frisbees, footballs
Cleanup: energy to; clear your table, break it down, and stack it on a provided cart
