God's design for man and woman to be equal in nature, essence, and worth, and yet have differing roles and functions did not originate in creation or in the church. This design and plan has been the way the Godhead, the Trinity, has related for all eternity. The blessing of being equal in worth, but having differing roles and functions was first revealed in the creation of man and woman before sin entered the world, and are gloriously displayed in marriage as husband and wife reflect and emulate Christ and his bride, the church. In this session we address the privileges and particulars of a husband loving and leading his wife, just as Christ loves the church.
