Vocational Gift Workshops

Team Verse:

1 Peter 4:10 – "As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace."

Team Description:

Vocational Gift Workshops are designed to help people discover and develop their vocational gifts and to apply that understanding in the search for jobs and careers they will love. Each workshop consists of a brief small group discussion followed by self-paced "next step" brainstorming and activity targeted for what will best serve each participant for where they find themselves in their vocational journey.

Business men and women from Covenant Life serve as "coaches" during the workshops. They come alongside participants to listen to, care for, encourage and pray for them. In addition they support the workshop leader in helping with vocational gift and interest assessments, reviewing and editing resumes, practicing interviewing skills, and strategizing about future networking and job application opportunities.
