The Trinity Hymnal is a reliable modern hymnal containing many of the most loved hymns in the English language. Hymns are ordered by theological topic, and it contains guitar chords for many hymns.
Our Own Hymnbook is a reprint of the hymnbook that Charles Spurgeon put together for his church, the Metropolitan Tabernacle, in London. It contains many hymns by Isaac Watts, Charles Wesley, and many of the authors contemporary to its time. Its selections are rich with language about personal communion with God and our God’s amazing sovereign grace.

This book, written by Bobbie Wolgemuth and Joni Eareckson Tada, presents hymns in a format that is easy to teach to children. It includes a CD recording of the hymns, along with devotional thoughts on the hymn and further information. This is the first of four books in a series for kids, which also includes Passion Hymns for a Kid’s Heart (on the passion week of Christ), and Christmas Carols for a Kid’s Heart

The “Cyberhymnal” is one of the largest collections of hymns on the web. Each page contains the full text of the hymn (in many cases, over a dozen verses) and information about the authors of the hymns. It also allows you to listen to a basic recording of the most popular tune for that hymn.
