About Covenant Life Church

What To Expect
We’d love to have you join us on Sunday at either our
9 or 11:30 a.m. service. Here’s what you’ll find at Covenant Life:
- A diverse and international church. You’ll see people of all ages, nations, cultures, and backgrounds. But the gospel of Jesus Christ makes us one family.
- Friendly people. We’d love to meet you, so feel free to introduce yourself. Please let us know what we can do to care for you while you’re here.
- A relaxed atmosphere. You’ll notice some folks who like to dress up for church and others who don’t. Feel free to wear what’s comfortable for you, and you’ll fit right in.
- Passionate worship. Our meetings include contemporary music and preaching from the Bible.
First Time Here?
If you’re new to Covenant Life and plan to visit on a Sunday, here are some practical things you’ll want to know:
- The Sunday morning schedule is First Service: 9 to 10:30 a.m. and Second Service: 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Our parking greeters will show you to an open parking space and direct you to the nearest entrance. Or, you can catch a ride from Shady Grove Metro Station straight to our front door. (See our Directions page for details.)
- The Welcome Center (large counter in the center of the main lobby) is staffed by helpful people who can answer your questions. Covenant Life is an accessible facility. If you require wheelchair access, designated parking or seating, directions to our accessible restrooms, or additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.

- Discovery Land is our ministry for children, providing care and instruction for ages newborn to fifth grade. Guests, you’ll find a special, adventure-themed check-in desk in the Main Lobby.
- Right after every Sunday meeting, we host a brief reception for guests where you can enjoy light refreshments, ask questions about the church, and interact with church members or one of the pastors. You’ll find the reception in the room above the bookstore, ten minutes after the main meeting ends.
- For prayer needs or pastoral questions, assistance is available at the close of each meeting. Just make your way to the area in front of the stage and ask for a Pastor or Care Group leader.
