Audio of Joshua Harris’ remarks at the July 10 Members Meeting has been posted and is being made available to Covenant Life members.


In this time of crisis it’s understandable that many from other Sovereign Grace churches and elsewhere may be interested in hearing what Joshua had to say last Sunday evening. The heart behind the decision to release the audio to Covenant Life members only is that this was a family conversation—one local church processing the issues, not an official statement on behalf of Sovereign Grace Ministries or any other church. It was important to allow church members to ask questions freely on open mic and to care for them. And we want to continue to be able to have open, forthright conversations. Sunday night was a delicate first step in a transparent discussion of what has taken place. Joshua was not in a position to have all the answers for what’s happened or what lies ahead, and it seems best in the current climate not to publish what could be interpreted as such. Thank you for your understanding.
