Final ‘Pilgrim’ Shows This Weekend
2 CommentsThe photos above are from the youth ministry’s production of “Pilgrim,” a contemporary musical based on John Bunyan’s classic, “Pilgrim’s Progress.” I went to see the show last weekend, and it was outstanding. I highly recommend that you catch one of the three shows this weekend. You can purchase tickets online or at the door. Spread the word!
Thanks to Andi and Andy Alonso for the great photos.

My wife and I loved the show. Is there any plans on providing it on DVD?
By Jake Jacobson on 05/06/2009Dear Josh,
I just wanted to thank the youth that participate in the play one way or another. It was a strong play that spoke directly to the heart. It spoke to everyday circumstances and to the love that the Lord has for us. One thing in particular has blessed me all week. It is the illustration of Jesus walking beside me every minute of the day. Since I’m a visual learn, I now can see Jesus by my side. It is a very powerful illustration. Sometime we have a hard time understanding and living God’s truth for our lives. Now I have a physical vision of Jesus by my side. I actually now open my eyes when I pray to see him and enjoy his presence. What a powerful message to walk away with. May the Lord encourage these young men and women to continue to serve the Lord in their lives.
God bless!!!!
