Early Start on Spring Cleaning

Here’s a quick report from Dave Brewer about the Youth Ministries’ Trash Pickup Day:

This past Saturday, our 10:31 youth ministry picked up trash along Muncaster Mill Road, cleared junk from the curbs in local communities, and cleaned up brush and debris along the roads. About 70 parents and teens showed up, and they all served so well and humbly. The community showed a lot of gratefulness, and many people yelled “thanks!” out their car windows to the group. Some even stopped and wanted to communicate how much they respected teens giving up a Saturday morning to pick up trash.

The photo at right is of some teens finding a deer on the side of the road. They thought it was pretty cool…
