In response to Jesus’ command to “go and make disciples of all nations,” we want to be actively seeking out ministry opportunities abroad and discovering new opportunities to influence the world with the gospel.
We are concentrating our efforts in two areas: proclamation and demonstration–or to say it another way–through word and deed. "Word" ministries include Bible teaching, pastoral training and evangelism in parts of the world where gospel proclamation has been weak or non-existent. "Demonstration" involves caring for others through meeting physical needs–seeking out places where poverty, politics and cultural norms create opportunities to provide medical care, assistance with business and career development, or oversight for building projects.
Our current opportunities for church members to explore include short-term missions trips to Rancho 3M in Gauadlaupe, Mexico and an annual trip in January to Western Uganda.
