This job requires someone who can interact and love teens right where they are regardless of their attitude. It’s more than just a job; it’s a ministry that comes with the ups and downs of giving your life to serving and loving people. Simply put, it’s not for the faint of heart! This job is more than a 9 to 5 / 5 days-a-week job at the church office. It’s reaching the teens through communication and events in a way that helps them get to know and love God more, and sometimes that happens outside of the normal work day. The tasks each day and the hours you work are never the same. It’s hands on, interactive, engaging work that requires much, but the reward is great.
