Prison Ministry

There are thousands of men in our community that society would largely like to forget—those in our local prisons. Covenant Life’s Prison Ministry exists to proclaim and model the gospel for those very men.

Every Wednesday evening, 6:45 - 8:45 PM a dedicated team extends friendship and care to inmates in the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in Clarksburg, Md. Team members lead and facilitate a time of teaching and small group discussion with the inmates about how to apply God's word in their lives. Long-term relationships sometimes develop that lead to helping inmates re-acclimate into society and connect with a local church upon their release.
