New Sermon Series: Hebrews
Starts January 18

What place does Jesus have in our lives?
Does he hover on the margins of our plans, our agendas and our dreams?
Or does he establish our plans, set our agendas and fill our dreams?
Where does Jesus fit among the powers and authorities of the world?
Is he subjected to the whims of rulers or does he reign over them?
How we answer these questions - functionally, if not explicitly - determines much about how we live our lives. Whether we live preoccupied and fearful or clear and confident doesn’t come down to improving ourselves or ignoring the news. It comes down to what we believe about Jesus.
The book of Hebrews delivers this clarity and confidence to preoccupied and fearful people: Jesus is greater. He is greater than our selfish ambitions. He is greater than our fears. He is the Son of God, the ruler of the universe, the head of the church and the author of our faith. When we look to him, we can run the race set before us with confidence.
Join us for our 27-week study of the book of Hebrews as we look to Jesus for the clarity and confidence we need to live the abundant lives he’s called us to live.
